Karlen Elecom has been chosen to partner, and re-develop the 3.31 acres of Yellowhead Industrial.
This includes complete site restoration, and structure development. The North Building will house Harding Instruments. The South Building is a multiple tenant CRU and the South lot is empty and available for a Build-to-Suit.
